  • Where is the store based?

    Calgary, Canada

  • What currency are prices in?

    All prices listed in the shop are in US Dollars.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes. I am based out of Canada, and can accept orders from most parts of the world.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    NOTICE: Due to the pandemic, orders may experience delays, and some regions may not be receiving incoming mail. I highly encourage customers to contact their local postal services for information on what delays they should expect. Please feel free to message me if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Please expect that orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

    Orders are sent out a couple of times a week. Once shipped:

    • Stickers, prints, and originals typically arrive in 4-8 business days.
    • Bags may take upwards of 12 business days to arrive.

  • How will my order be packed?

    • Stickers, prints, and originals are packed in a plastic sleeve and generally sent flat, in either a rigid mailer or with a cardboard backer.

    • Orders including bags are packed in a bubble mailer.

  • Is tracking available for my order?

    My default shipping does not include tracking. However, customers in Canada and the US can select tracked services during checkout.

  • Are there any shipping restrictions?

    I'm afraid so. At this time:

    • I cannot ship more than two pencil bags together
    • I cannot ship medium prints (8"x12" or 10"x10") and pencil bags together

    However, stickers, small prints, and originals can all be sent with either.

  • How do I care for originals?

    Keep originals away from sunlight and other UV light sources. Most of the inks I use are not lightfast and will fade a bit over time, but UV exposure will dramatically accelerate the process.

  • Do originals come signed?

    Yes. All originals will be signed if they weren't already.

  • There was a piece on your blog that I'm interested in. Is the original for sale?

    I don't list every item I'm willing to part with, so you are more than welcome to email me about pieces you're interested in.

  • Do you do custom work?

    Yes! You can find my commission information on my blog, or email me for a list of my rates.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
